There are no institutional stock positions at this time and the shares are currently held by approximately 600 share holders representing 67,820,000 shares issued and outstanding. The Company is currently in negotiations with Innovation Capital Management (ICM), a Delaware corporation, to purchase 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of ICM for an undisclosed amount of cash and shares of CCI stock. Final share negotiations are subject to an audited financial statement delivered by ICM in compliance with SEC rules. Once approved, CCI will have approximately 93,820,000 shares issued and outstanding. |
