• Advanced Billing System, which allows WISP participants to offer professional paper and paperless billing to its subscribers while being fully integrated with the element management system;
• Aggregated Technical Support, which allows participating WISP to provide 24/7 technical support which previously would be cost prohibitive. Utilizing an advanced IP telephone system, the WISP operator can share via a computer, multiple features for enhanced technical support with other WISP and their subscribers.
• Reduced Circuit Cost is realized when greater volume is grouped in with single contract usage. CCI has developed HiCap level relationships with multiple carriers and has signed interconnection agreements with both AT&T and Verizon.
• Hi Level Marketing Resources, CCI has developed relationships with expert marketing consultants in which Madison Avenue Quality promotional and marketing material has been developed for the use of our WISP participants to attract new subscribers in the same professional manner as the “big” boys.
• Nationwide Survey Services, which is a critical part of identifying market needs and interest prior to investing thousands into a market and receiving poor results. CCI performs first class surveys in any market within North America via telephone and direct mail methods.
• Propagation Services, which is necessary in proper wide area network designs prior to development and implementation. CCI’s proprietary propagation software enables users to survey market potential with minimal investment while determining real ROI.
