Competitive Companies, Inc. (CCI) is a fully reporting public Company and is required to file certain disclosures with the SEC on a regular basis including at a minimum quarterly (10Q) and annual (10K) financial statements. Additionally, the Company is required to file any mergers and/or acquisitions, significant changes in ownership and/or control of the Company. Most recently the Company has filed its quarterly (10Q) financial report disclosing the current financial condition of the Company.
