Competitive Companies, Inc. (“CCI”) is positioning to become the premiere North American data offload carrier with the development of the first 3G/4G Cellular WiFi Offload Network. The CCI offload network will be seamlessly aligned with existing mobile carrier cellular networks. This sister network is being rolled out in major U.S. cities throughout the country. The sister network transmits the offloaded traffic between our proprietary designed point to point and point to multipoint locations on building roof tops and towers positioned throughout a given city and its suburbs. The data flows through a network of company owned and registered and protected FCC spectrum links in the 71-76 GHz, 81-86 GHz and 92-95 GHz millimeter bands. Although many Links are held within third party, privately owned businesses, they are powered by proprietary technology, specialized equipment and patented methodology that is purchased or leased from CCI, its subsidiaries, and/or its affiliates. In addition, and most importantly, CCI has lease rights for – up to all – of the traffic capacity that flows through these privately held links and rights to purchase some or all of these link businesses in every city in the United States.
As each U.S. city comes online, its services become viable from an operational and revenue point of view. It is not necessary for the entire nationwide system to be completed for CCI data offload services to be offered. Each city system can work with the “in place” networks and then be interconnected to create a true alternative, nationwide system.
